What is the Bighorn Mountains Brewfest?
The Bighorn Mountains Brewfest is a festival located at the Antelope Butte Mountain Recreation Area, that promotes both great Wyoming breweries but also the Bighorn Mountains and mountain recreation. Patrons will have access to unlimited 6 ounce samples of at least 5 craft brews from all around Wyoming. Patrons will also have access to food and great music.
How much does it cost to get into the brewfest?
General admission tickets are $25.
How much are children and people under 21?
Children and people under 21 are free.
What is included with General Admission tickets?
With General Admission tickets, you gain access to the festival, receive a free brewfest sample glass, 9 oz. samples of beer, great music, and access to food vendors.
What is included for Designated Drivers?
Designated Drivers will receive a commemorative glass, free bottle of water and $5 meal ticket. Designated Drivers will have their hands stamped at the entrance and will not be allowed to sample any beer.
Is the event family friendly?
Yes, the event is family friendly. We plan to have activities like moon bounces, face painters, etc., plus families can enjoy the mountain for hiking, biking, etc.
Can I volunteer for the event?
Yes, we are always looking for volunteers to join our BrewCrew. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the festival and would not run without them. We encourage people to volunteer to help make the brewfest as enjoyable for all and learn about great craft beers.
What do I get out of being a volunteer?
Volunteers will get to be part of a one-of-a-kind Wyoming event, and will also receive a t-shirt and free admission to the event after their shift is over.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No outside food or drink is allowed through the gate.
Will there be non-alcoholic drinks available?
Yes, non-alcoholic drinks and water will be available at the brewfest.
What can I NOT bring into the event?
Things that are NOT allowed into the brewfest are coolers, outside food and drink, tents, and pets. Unsupervised camping is permitted only in designated areas outside of the brewfest village.
What can I bring into the event?
You can bring in chairs, frisbees, footballs, cornhole, bikes, and any other activities you want to bring in.
What happens if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds due to weather. Please dress appropriately.
Can I leave the event and then return?
No, there is no re-entry to the event once you leave.
Will there be Will Call?
All advance online tickets must bring the email confirmation receipt to the gate- this email serves as your ticket.
Can I bring my pet?
For the enjoyment of all, dogs are not allowed into the brewfest village area, except for registered service animals.
Where can I park?
Parking will be available at the event. Attendants will show you where to park when you arrive.
How much is parking?
Parking is FREE! There is no charge for parking.
